Cake-Dash!
Wednesday 24th November 2010

I'm proud to finally present a project I've been keeping under wraps for a while now. 2010 see's
M-Comics.co.uk in its 5th year online and to celebrate it the 'Cake-Dash!' project was born.

Part 1 of the project is the Cake-Dash! comic book and M-Comic's 1st book release! Available NOW and exclusively @ London's Orbital Comic store! - So if you're around make sure you take a peek!
The story stars all your favourites characters from the Roy The Baseball Kid series and also introduces a brand new one!

Limited to 25 copies the book itself is a completely hand constructed concertina book complete with hardback slip covers and paper ribbon. Each copy is also numbered and has a different unique cover - So kids, collect them all!

Expect part 2 of the 'Cake-Dash!' project coming very soon but in the meantime folks point your lovely eyes downwards and check out the photos from the 1st batch of books!

New Background
Wednesday 21st July 2010

More Twitter goodness to sink your teeth into! The background of the M-Comics Twitter page has now been updated. Following in a similar style to the Twitter cut-outs (see below) - This background shows the characters boasting a few more pixels than their paper counter-parts.
Not really 100% sure of the yellow background though....

Tuesday 27th April 2010

In spite of this cheeky little stab at them HERE, I - erm I mean 'M-Comics' jumped on the bandwagon that is Twitter. A wagon that gave me an excellent excuse to mess around with brightly coloured card and scissors for a few hours ;) I had a lot of fun creating these cut-out images of the Roy characters. Beside the obvious mess all those scrap bits of card made, I genuinely think Roy and co make great winged, bipedal, endothermic, egg-laying animals. You can follow em @ twitter.com/m_comics.

Victor & Abbie
Monday 1st February 2010

These are some Initial character designs for a new short animation. The brief was to devise a campaign to encourage 16-24 year olds to visit the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) in South Kensington, London.
